The Centre for Land and Water
The Centre for Land and Water is the host site for the LandWISE MicroFarm, providing the MicroFarm paddocks, seminar and meeting rooms, equipment storage facilities and irrigation infrastructure.
Situated on the northern edge of Hastings in the middle of the productive Heretaunga Plains, the Centre is located on a 4 ha site with easy access and parking. The Centre for Land and Water is 4 km from the Hastings CBD, 17 km from the Napier CBD and 18 km from Hawke’s Bay Airport.
The Centre for Land and Water, a venue supporting sustainable agriculture through training, research and consultancy, provides professional offices, meeting and seminar facilities and land for research and training.
